For an International organization, who is specialized in taking English tests we are looking for English speaking invigilators. Are you fluent in English, do you keep an easy overview and do you like small administrative tasks? Then this might be the perfect position for you!
You will be working at the testcenter located in Amsterdam-Zuid, the location is easy to reach by public transport.The services are scheduled monthly based on your availability. The shifts are about 3 hours long. It is a very flexible job that you can combine with your studies or another parttime job.
What are you going to do
Every English test that will be taken has its own different way of organizing and handling. As a English speaking invigilators you are responsible for:
* Making sure every test runs smoothly;
* You will check the laptops and systems for the candidates 2 days upfront;
* You will welcome and registrate the candidates. Every test has its own procedure;
* You will keep supervision during the test and check whether all protocols are complied with;
* You will create a nice environment during the test;
* You will collect all answer forms and materials;
* You will make sure the testroom will be clean after each test.
